1.Given the cultural and moral relativism common in our culture, what do you think of Lewis’ argument that all systems of value, all concepts of right and wrong, ultimately derive from the same source?
His argument is built on three tenets, that is, values, morals, and truth. Lewis promotes the Natural Law and opposes those against it. It is therefore true that all the values, morals and truth comes from the law of nature. It is also true that while people share different sentiments that may be subjective, they are nonetheless universal values common in all cultures. This is true because every culture has what is good and what is evil which are shaped by the common law of nature.

I happened to visit a friend, and I was offered dried cricket for food. To me, it was weird and gross to feed on them as I have never seen anyone in my culture consuming them. I have learned how to deal and relate with people from various cultures by not judging them regarding their cultural practices and believes as I too have mine.
