Order Description
Should a new ‘fair use’ exception be introduced into the Australian Copyright Law Act 1968 (Cth)? Discuss with close reference to the Copyright Law Act 1968 (Cth), relevant case law, literature and the reform discourse to date.
Referencing must be confined to footnotes and adhere to the standards of AGLC3. Footnotes need to be confined to citations.
The main reference should be from the Australian Law Reform Commission – Copyright and the Digital Economy 2013 and case law.
The essay must be argumentative and assert either that a fair use exception should be implemented or that it should not.
